These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://adsxtreme.com (the “Site”) operated by AdsXtreme (“AdsXtreme”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. Services provided to clients are governed by a separate service agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape content in bulk, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Free audit

The free Amazon account and PPC audit is offered at our discretion and subject to availability. It is an assessment based on the data you provide or the access you grant. It does not constitute a guarantee of results and creates no obligation on either party to enter into a service agreement. We may decline audit requests that fall outside our focus.

Performance guarantee

Where we publish a performance guarantee (for example “measurable growth in 60 days, or your next month is on us”), its exact scope, the metrics used to measure it and any conditions are defined in the client service agreement. Nothing on the Site should be read as an unconditional promise of specific advertising results, which depend on factors outside our control including Amazon's platform, competition, pricing, inventory and product quality.

Independent agency

AdsXtreme is an independent Amazon services agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon, Seller Central, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates and are used on this Site only to describe the services we provide.

Client account access

Where you grant us access to Amazon accounts or advertising consoles, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. We will use that access only to deliver the agreed services and in accordance with Amazon's policies. You remain responsible for your account, your products and your compliance with Amazon's terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, are owned by AdsXtreme or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Case studies and testimonials

Results shown on the Site reflect specific accounts over specific periods. They are illustrative of the work we do and are not a representation that every client will achieve similar outcomes. Testimonials reflect the opinions of the individuals who provided them.

Third-party content

The Site may include links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdsXtreme is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a client service agreement provides otherwise.
